ABOUT THE PROJECT

ROC Modular delivered four high-performance portable modular classrooms to a valued First Nation School Client, providing over 4,900 sq. ft. of modern learning space. Each 24’ x 52’ classroom was designed and built to Saskatchewan’s rigorous education standards, incorporating spray foam insulation, steel beams in the structure, and rigid high-performance specifications to ensure long-term durability and energy efficiency.

Outfitted with rigid insulation and durable metal siding, these classrooms provide an energy-efficient building envelope built to perform in Saskatchewan’s demanding climate. With their large 24’ x 52’ module size, the classrooms create a spacious and flexible environment for students and educators. The repeatable design ensures efficient deployment while maintaining consistent quality across all four units.

The result is a state-of-the-art, thermally efficient, and future-ready learning environment that supports the educational needs of the First Nation community.
