The Terrace Modular Supportive Housing project is a multi-unit modular housing complex providing high-quality, energy efficient accommodation for BC Housing. The three-storey facility features 52 high-quality supportive housing units for individuals in the community of Terrace, BC, who are homeless or at-risk of being homeless. All of the units are bachelor suites, with three designed as fully accessible, barrier-free units
