- Direct-build on federal sites: Six cities (Dartmouth, Longueuil, Ottawa, Toronto, Winnipeg, Edmonton) will see factory-built homes delivered at scale, with capacity for up to 45,000 units.
- Northern partnerships: Nunavut will see 700+ units of public, affordable, and supporting housing, 30% of which will be off-site factory-built.
- Homelessness initiative: $1 billion directed toward supportive housing, paired with wraparound services.
- Rental protection: $1.5 billion to safeguard at-risk rental buildings and keep them affordable.
