The home consists of two factory-built modules with a unique CLT roof, installed over a site-built main floor and garage. The exterior showcases a mix of dark metal cladding and natural wood tones, harmonizing with Whistler’s alpine setting, while the interior features clean modern finishes and a layout designed around the client’s outdoor lifestyle.

Built for long-term performance, the residence includes a high-efficiency mechanical system, advanced building envelope, and structural design for Whistler’s snow loads. The combination of modular precision and on-site craftsmanship allowed ROC Modular to deliver a durable, efficient, and architecturally high-end home.
