Surrey BC
The City of Surrey Modular Supportive Housing project is a 6-storey multi-unit modular housing complex providing high-quality accommodation completed under the CMHC Rapid Housing Initiative, for BC Housing. The project includes 54-modules built at the ROC Modular facility and features 60 units of supportive housing units. The project is currently under construction and will be built to BC Energy Step Code 4.
