City of Surrey – RHI Project

The City of Surrey Modular Supportive Housing project is a 6-storey multi-unit modular housing complex providing high-quality accommodation completed under the CMHC Rapid Housing Initiative, for BC Housing. The project includes 54-modules built at the ROC Modular facility and features 60 units of supportive housing units. The project is completed to the BC Energy Step Code 4.
