1176 Yates Street in Victoria BC is a six-storey, 46-suite supportive housing complex for BC Housing, providing support services for people who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness. Each unit includes a self-contained studio home with a private bathroom and kitchen.
Residents are provided support services such as meal programs, life and employment skills training, and health and wellness support services. The site is operated by PHS Community Services Society, a charitable non-profit providing housing, healthcare, harm reduction and health promotion.
