A specialist asphalt testing lab, with a natural-gas furnace and central air conditioning, 400 gallon water storage, hot water on demand, and all intake air is filtered for dust control. Includes high-quality birch cabinetry and durable galvanized countertops. Interior includes a private office, and 2 work stations.
