Temporary Supportive Housing Project – Refurbishment

ROC Modular was proud to be part of this important modular refurbishment project working with TASU Construction, to deliver a Temporary Supportive Housing Project in the Fraser Valley region of British Columbia. The 6-units of former oilfield housing were given a full overhaul by the ROC Modular Team, including all interior finishes, new millwork and improvements needed to update to current code requirements. The exterior was also updated to give the former drill-camp a a fresh new look. A repurposed modular option was a great way to provide rapid solutions to those who are unhoused and provided a much needed emergency shelter.
