Exshaw, AB
The YMCA at Camp Chief Hector partnered with ROC Modular and Buttcon West as their modular design builder to achieve their vision of bringing new high-quality wash/shower room facilities to serve the kids staying at Camp. Modular was chosen as the best delivery method for the project due to the remote mountain-parks location near Exshaw, Alberta.
The design by LOLA Architecture is intended to blend into the existing natural environments. The two new washroom and shower buildings are comprised of 2 modules per-building, and contain custom designed fixtures and equipment to meet the needs of the Client.
In this stunning mountain parks location, modular construction was an ideal choice to minimize disturbance to the sensitive natural environment and also provide a high-quality project in a location with limited access to trades.
