ROC Modular Announces Joseph (Joe) Kiss As President And Chief Executive Officer

CALGARY, AB, August 11, 2021 —ROC Modular Inc. (“ROC”), a building technology company specializing in innovative offsite construction solutions today announced that Joe Kiss, M.Eng., P.Eng. has been named as President and Chief Executive Officer. Tony Isaac, the original founder of ROC, who has been acting Chief Executive Officer for the last eighteen months, will continue as Founder and Chief Impact Officer of the organization. Kiss will inherit the new role of President and CEO effective immediately.   

Kiss has more than 25 years of executive level experience, serving as an early advocate and key innovator in the modular construction sector. He is currently Vice Chair of the Modular Building Institute’s Canadian Council and a member of the Canadian Standards Association Modular Construction Oversight and Standards Development Committees. In his previous modular construction roles, Kiss completed many projects in applications including complex multi-family, social & affordable housing, hospitality & industrial. Kiss is a registered professional engineer in Alberta, with previous experience in new paradigm entrepreneurial initiatives amongst growth orientated businesses in the renewable energy, environmental and construction sectors.
