(“ROC” or “Company”), a leading provider of innovative offsite construction solutions today announced that its Founder & Chief Impact Officer, Tony Isaac, will be leaving the Company to pursue other business interests effective today. Joseph Kiss, who was named President & CEO on August 11, 2021 will continue in his current role overseeing all aspects of the Company’s ongoing operations and strategic growth. “As the consummate entrepreneur, it became clear to me that the time had come to move on to my next adventure,” said Isaac, who founded the predecessor company in 2006 to predominantly address the industrial and wellsite market; building an enterprise with a significant leadership position in the marketplace.  “After emerging post COVID, the business has evolved rapidly under Joe’s leadership and is poised to continue to execute in the permanent modular sector where it has very quickly become a market leader, in addition to our traditional industrial business.  As a creator and innovator, it is now again time for the next challenge, knowing that ROC is once again on solid footing,” continued Isaac. The Company, which was recapitalized in 2019, has become a leading modular manufacturing business serving western Canada and the United States. Today, the Company continues to execute sophisticated modular-based projects and is a trusted project partner alongside of a wide range of general contractors and clients.
