ROC Modular is proud to announce that it has won four prestigious Awards of Distinction at the Modular Building Institute's World of Modular Event, held from March 18-21, 2024 at the Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, Florida. The Awards of Distinction recognize excellence in modular construction and highlight outstanding projects and innovations in the industry.

The initiative will create high-quality housing solutions for Indigenous and Northern communities across Canada. With the modular approach the team can develop many housing units at a rapid rate, and using the latest proprietary material science from ZS2 Technologies will result in healthier homes that are fire, water, wind, pest, and mold resistant.
